 Mutton Curry With Mustard 
Ingredients
  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 3 inches Ginger
  • 10 Garlic cloves
  • 50 grams Mustard seeds
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard oil
  • Salt (As per taste)
Method
Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine paste. Grind the mustard seeds to a fine paste. Chop the onions. Marinate the mutton pieces with curd and mustard paste for 2-3 hours.

Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, add onions and fry till light brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry till it is light brown in colour. Add the mutton pieces and saute till the raw smell of meat disappears. Add sufficient water and simmer till tender.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis.
