 Gudlu Chenigapappu (Egg Curry with Bengal gram) 
Ingredients
  • 6 Hard-boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup Bengal gram
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 6 Curry leaves
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 small Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • Water
Method
Hard boil eggs. Boil bengal gram in 2 cups water till soft. Mash well.

Heat oil, fry onions brown, add curry leaves, turmeric, ginger, garlic and coriander powder, Fry well together. Add chilly powder. Add dal to fried ingredients, mix well and cook. Add chopped tomatoes, simmer till well cooked. Add salt to taste. Pour in 2 cups of water and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Add peeled hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half length wise.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and cook for a minute. Keeping the amount of gravy to your preference.
