Masala Puris
Ingredients
1 cup Wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
2 tablespoons Oil
Oil (for frying)
Salt (As per taste)
Method
Combine all the ingredients and knead into a firm dough with little water. Knead well and divide into equal portions. Roll out each portion into rounds of 100 mm. (4") in diameter. Deep fry in oil till both sides are light golden brown.

Time : 20 mins.
