Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
  • 1 tin Milkmaid
  • 3-4 tbsp Cocoa
  • 50 gms Chocolate
  • 50 gms chopped Walnuts
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 1/3 cups Cream
Method
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water over a pan of hot water. Add cocoa to 1 cup milk. Heat over a pan of hot water and make a paste.
Add dissolved gelatin, cocoa paste, rest of milk, chopped walnuts and chocolate pieces to Milkmaid mixture.Wisk cream till stiff. Fold into the Milkmaid mixture. Pour the mixture into a soufflé dish and chill.

Serve with stiffly beaten cream and chocolate curls.
