Cabbage Foogath (Steamed Cabbage)
Ingredients
  • 250 grams Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 10 Garlic cloves
  • Pepper
  • Salt (As per taste)
Method
Finely shred the cabbage.

Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, saute the garlic for 4-5 minutes and add the cabbage. Stir fry on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Cover and steam cook for 5-7 minutes.

Serves : 3 Time : 20 mins.
