Masalyacha Dudh (Sweetened milk with nuts)
Ingredients
  • 11/2 litres Milk
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 6 teaspoons Cardamom powder
  • 5 Cashew nuts
  • 5 Almonds
  • 4 Pistachios
  • 3 strands Saffron
  • 1 teaspoon Charoli
Method
Boil the milk over low heat in a heavy-bottomed pan. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring continuously.

When the milk is thick enough (it should coat the back of a wooden spoon) add the sugar. Stir till the sugar dissolves. Add the nuts and spice into the milk.

Serve chilled.

Serves : 4 Time : 40 mins.
