Bajra ki Khichdi (Millet Khichdi)
Ingredients
  • 100 grams Bajra
  • 40 grams Yellow moong dal
  • Ghee
  • Salt (As per taste)
Method
Soak bajra for an hour. Grind coarsely in a mixer at a low speed to remove the husk. Once it is completely free of husk, mix the moong dal in.

Place it in a pressure cooker with water and salt and cook for about 10 minutes, until cooked.

Add a little hot water for required consistency. Add hot ghee (if desired) and serve.

Serves : 4 Time : 45 mins.
