Prepare Dough

Mix bajra flour with salt. Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft, crack-free dough.

Shape Rotla

Take a ball of dough and pat it between wet palms to form thick, round flatbreads.

Cook

15 mins

Place on hot tawa. Cook on one side, flip, then hold directly over flame to puff. Apply ghee.
