Make Dough

35 mins

Knead maida with salt and water into a smooth, elastic dough. Rest covered with oil for 30 minutes.

Prepare Filling

5 mins

Beat eggs with onion, chilies, coriander, and spices until well combined.

Roll & Fill

10 mins

Roll dough thin, pour egg mixture in center, fold edges over to seal creating a square packet.

Fry

15 mins

Shallow fry in ghee on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides. Drain and serve.
