Make Dough

Mix flour, salt, oil. Knead with water into soft, pliable dough. Rest covered for 30 minutes.

Prepare Filling

10 mins

Mix mashed potatoes with all filling spices. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Shape Parantha

15 mins

Divide dough into balls. Roll, place filling, seal, flatten gently and roll again into circles.

Cook

20 mins

Cook on hot tawa, apply ghee generously on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
