Prepare Filling

Mix sattu with onion, chilies, mustard oil, pickle masala, salt, and coriander. Add little water to bind.

Make Dough

25 mins

Knead flour with salt, oil, and water into a soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

Stuff & Roll

15 mins

Divide dough into balls. Roll, place filling, seal edges, flatten gently and roll into circles.

Cook

15 mins

Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
